Fair, usage based pricing
With Sessy you only pay for the active members that you have. This way, no matter the size of your business you pay a fair and competitive price for our products and services. Each month our system counts the number of members that have active subscriptions (canceled subscriptions don’t count) and determines the fee for that month.
Price tiers
We use a graduated pricing model for the price per member; the price charged per member decreases as your business grows. The table below shows the current price tiers.

Pricing in practice: Calculation examples
For a given month and a member count, the fee is calculated as indicated below.
Member count in month January 2022 = 89
tier 1 = 1.00 EUR * 10 = 10.00 EUR
tier 2 = 0.75 EUR * 40 = 30.00 EUR
tier 3 = 0.50 EUR * 39 = 19.50 EUR
tier 4 = 0.35 EUR * 0 = 0.00 EUR
tier 5 = 0.20 EUR * 0 = 0.00 EUR
Total fee for month January 2022 = 10.00 EUR + 30.00 EUR + 19.50 EUR = 59.50 EUR

Please note that:
- Member count is based on all members that have had an active subscription within that month
- There are no partial counts, if a member had an active subscription for 15 days in a month, he/ she is counted as 1 member
- You are charged on a monthly basis, immidiatly at the period end
- Member counts are updated weekly, which means the invoiced member count and the actual member count can lag up to 6 days. Since this will be the same every period this will not impact the overall amount to be paid
- Prices are inclusief VAT
