Member count is based on all members that have had an active subscription within that month. There are no partial counts - if a member had an active subscription for 15 days in a month, they are counted as 1 member.

Member counts are updated weekly, which means the invoiced member count and the actual member count can lag up to 6 days. Since this will be the same every period this will not impact the overall amount to be paid.
