High level functionality of Sessy.app


Sessy.app consists out of an app for members and a backend application for employees to handle the entire administration. For example, members can:

  • Purchase a subscription via the app (and change/terminate the subscription)
  • Register for sessions
  • Maintain personal data
  • Receive messages (group and individual notifications)

Employees can use the backend application to:

  • Define and manage calendars/locations, subscription types, and session types
  • Schedule and manage sessions
  • Maintain the member administration
  • Send messages to all, or specific (groups of) members via app notifications
  • View reports, including the occupancy rate and turnover
  • Collect payments (automated)

Through notifications, tags and checklists Sessy.app provides information about specific members so that employees/coaches do not lose track of members and can offer a personalized service. Many of these notifications and tags can be automated. Some examples of the possibilities:

  • Receive a notification for a member’s birthday
  • Tag a member who has an injury so that it can be taken into account during the session
  • Set a reminder to ask someone in X weeks how their vacation was
