How to read the result
Members to break even is the floor: below it, the studio loses money even if you take no salary. Members for your target is the number that also funds owner pay.
If the target looks unreachable, you have three levers: lower costs, raise the membership fee, or add revenue that is not a monthly membership (drop-ins, packs, retail). The drop-in and pack suggestions are a starting point, not a price list — popular classes can sit higher; off-peak drop-ins often sit lower.

After you have the member number
