Sessy Member App

Book Sessions

The core of the Sessy member app is the ability for members to sign up for sessions. Available sessions are presented in a week-view that shows available sessions (color coded per session type) and the number of available/booked spots. Members can tap on a session to subscribe and for more information:

• Session description
• Session coach/employee
• Other subscribed members

Other key features:

• Subscribe to waitlist + notifications - If a session is booked full, members can subscribe to the waitlist. If a spot opens up, a notification is sent.
• Purchase single sessions - You can enable members to purchase single sessions that are not part of their subscription.
• Change calendar/location - With a single swipe and tap members can switch between different calendars/locations.

Info Overview & Notifications

General information & booked sessions

The info page in the app provides your member with a general information section, which you can update whenever you want, and an overview of the upcoming sessions that the member has booked.

Notifications/Messages

A list of received messages/notifications can be opened by clicking the bell icon from anywhere in the app. By swiping left or right, notifications can be marked as read/unread or deleted.

Newsletters

Members can read newsletters published by the business directly in the app, complete with images and rich formatting.

Coach View

Coaches/employees see a list of the upcoming sessions they are responsible for. From this view the coach/employee can:

• View upcoming session descriptions
• Mark members as present/no-show
• Unregister members for a session
• View tags on members (e.g. in case of an injury)

Settings and Personal Details

Members can maintain most of their own personal details and settings themselves:

• Update name and other contact details
• Change email address and/or password
• Pause, add, cancel or change a subscription
• Update payment details
• Select their preferred app language
• Update notification preferences
• Select dark mode/light mode

The app currently supports Dutch and English, with more languages being added.

Member App Branding

Results Logging and Dashboard

Members can log their results on benchmark workouts (e.g. strength or conditioning results) through a very intuitive interface, making it possible to log a new result in a matter of seconds. All their results are collected and presented in a beautiful visual dashboard where they can track their progress over time.
