Sessy AI is an intelligent assistant that helps you analyze your fitness business data and get instant insights about your members, sessions, and performance metrics. Using advanced AI technology, Sessy AI can understand natural language queries and provide detailed information about your business operations.
The AI assistant can help you answer questions like:
- How many members attended last week’s sessions?
- What are our most popular workout types?
- Which members have specific subscriptions?
- What were the top 1RM results this month?
- Show me member attendance patterns

Using the AI Assistant
To access the AI assistant:
- Click the AI button (smart_toy icon) in the top-right corner of the home screen
- This opens a side panel where you can chat with the AI assistant
- Type your questions in natural language - no special commands needed
- The AI will respond with detailed insights based on your business data
Suggested Questions
When you first open the AI assistant, you’ll see suggestion chips for common queries:
- “Show me member statistics”
- “What are our most popular session types?”
- “Which members attended the most sessions last month?”
Sessy AI is currently in beta. Features and capabilities may change as we continue to improve the service.
While in beta, Sessy AI is free to try with up to 50 queries per month per organization.
