Step 1: User account

There are two main ways to get started with your Sessy trial:

Existing user

Start your trial:

Go to the backend environment of Sessy. Sessy backend →
Click on the “Start your trial” tile
Click on the “Sign in” tile
Enter the email address and password of your existing account

A user can only have one trial environment.

Going live

Start operating

After completing your setup and testing Sessy you are ready to go live for end users. Below some key topics to think about before actually going live.

1. Purchase license

Purchase your Sessy license:

Go to the settings page
At the top of the page, click on “Upgrade license”
Click on “Purchase license”
Follow the instructions on the Stripe page and provide the requested payment details
After setting up your license, under “General settings”, your license status should show “Active”

2. Payment collection

Ensure that you have completed and tested your payment collection method. This is a critical step before signing up members because changing this later can be a lot of work. For more details go to Payment collection method settings →
