Version 11.0.0 is a step change in how you manage your business. Sessy AI is no longer a beta experiment: it is a fully capable assistant that understands your gym’s rules, speaks your language, and can prepare real work — scheduling, bookings, programming, messaging, reports, and configuration.
At the same time, Sessy now offers full support for advanced external AI agents connected through MCP (Model Context Protocol). That means the tool you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, and more — can act on your gym data with the same business logic as the app. Together, these two paths unlock a major jump in efficiency and quality in day-to-day operations.
Two ways to work — choose what fits the task
In-app Sessy AI (with confirmation)
Open Sessy AI from the admin app. Ask in plain language:
- “Who trained together most often this month?”
- “Book Sarah into tomorrow’s 7am class.”
- “Assign Kees to all recurring Monday 9:00 sessions at Lumina.”
- “Draft a newsletter about our summer challenge — EN and NL.”
The assistant looks up members and staff by name, understands recurring timetable templates, and shows a preview before anything is saved. You stay in control; Sessy handles the busywork.
The chat itself is redesigned for daily use — glass styling, a smoother mobile experience, and a composer that grows as you type.
External AI agents (maximum power)
For heavier or repeated work, connect an external assistant via Configuration → Sessy AI → External access (MCP). Issue a token, paste it into your AI tool, and point it at https://mcp.sessy.app.
Sessy ships built-in skills so the agent already knows how scheduling, booking, programming, newsletters, and gym setup work — you do not need to explain Sessy from scratch.
Examples of what staff and owners already automate this way:
- Fill next week’s timetable from the recurring schedule (not copy-paste from last week)
- Bulk-assign coaches across locations and time slots
- Message members who trained today, post a gym-wide banner, or draft HTML newsletters
- Add session types, subscriptions, shop items, or member tags — Admin tokens
- Pull attendance, revenue, and programming insights on demand
Because the agent runs outside the app, it can work in long sessions, chain many steps, and integrate with your existing AI workflow. That is a major efficiency gain for owners who live in Claude or ChatGPT all day.
